A Fair Deal for Customers
Code of practice for domestic laundry and cleaning services produced by Textile Services Association Ltd.
As a member of the Textile Services Association Ltd we undertake not to restrict our liability under the general law and shall so far as is reasonably practicable.

• Handle all clothes, linens, furnishings and other items accepted by us for processing with proper and due care and attention.
• Investigate any complaint promptly and , if requested, reprocess, free of charge, any article which is unsatisfactory due to to fault on our part.
• Pay fair compensation for loss or damage due to negligence on our part.
• Train our staff to be competent, courteous and helpful at all times.
• Keep our shops, vans, containers and premises clean and tidy.
• Maintain the highest possible standard of quality and service consistent with the price charged.
• Display in shop premises a list of prices for standard articles.
• Have all orders ready or delivered at the time stated, unless prevented by exceptional circumstances.
• In the event of a dispute which requires arbitration, abide by an independent report carried out by a competent, mutually recognised test house on a 'loser pays' basis.

Dry Cleaning Kilts & Highland Wear

2 to 3 Days

• Sword pins stitched on to kilts could deteriorate. This is out of our control.
• We steam press all highlandwear to achive best results when pressing pleats.

Dry Cleaning Bridal & Wedding Garments

2 - 3 Weeks

• We Will Contact Customer On Completion.
• We Use The Care Label As A Guide To Cleaning The Garments.
• W Are Not Responsible For The Following: Loose Beads, Fabric Damage Getting Worse During Machine Cycle.
• We Cannot Guarantee That Beads Would Not Melt During Cleaning. Either Heat Or Reaction With Our Chemicals.
• We Quality Check All Areas Of The Cleaning Process.

Dry Cleaning Leather & Suede Garments

2 - 3 Weeks

Clothing, Hand Bags And Accessories Will Be Treated With Extreme Care Throughout The Cleaning And Treatment Processes.

Our Experience And Processes Cannot Prevent These Potential Issues,
